Exchanges & Returns

Limited designs & final sale

Because every piece is a limited design, already made in small numbers, we're not able to offer exchanges or size swaps once an order is placed — there's rarely a second one in your size to send instead. We list full measurements and a size chart on every product page, and we're always happy to answer sizing questions by message before you order.

If something's wrong with your piece

If your piece arrives damaged, or is materially different from its photos and description, contact us within 3 days of delivery through our Contact page with your order number and a few photos. We'll review it and offer a repair, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned the same way you paid — back to your card or PayPal for those methods, or by bank transfer to the account you paid from for a bank transfer order.
