Our pieces

Every piece on this site is already made and photographed exactly as it is — nothing is made to order. Each design is made in very limited numbers, and some genuinely are one of a kind; once a piece sells it may or may not come back, and we do our best to keep availability on the site accurate in real time.

Orders & pricing

Prices are set in Vietnamese đồng (VND); the USD amount shown to English-language visitors is an estimate at the current exchange rate, for reference only. An order is confirmed once payment is received and we've checked it — you'll get an order number right away, and a follow-up message from us shortly after.

Payments

We accept bank transfer (Techcombank, with an international HSBC option) and PayPal. Bank transfers are verified manually against the transfer note and order number; PayPal payments are processed and captured directly through PayPal's own secure checkout — we never see or store your card details.

Your information

When you place an order, we collect your name, email, phone, and delivery address solely to fulfil and communicate about that order. If you sign up for our newsletter or a waitlist, we collect your email (and, for a waitlist, your name and size) solely to contact you about new and returning pieces. We don't sell or share your information with anyone outside of the services that help us run the shop (our payment processors and, if connected, our email newsletter provider).

Marketing emails

Signing up for our newsletter or a waitlist means you agree to receive occasional emails from TRAN-DO about new and returning pieces. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by contacting us directly.
