Frequently Asked Questions

If your piece is handmade from natural fabric, it may carry a few small imperfections — a loose thread, a slightly uneven hand-stitched seam, a tiny snag or pull in the fabric. We're aware these come with the territory of handmade, natural-material pieces, which is why we keep prices reasonable and are always happy to answer questions about a specific piece. If a flaw seriously affects how a piece looks or wears, or is very different from the photos shown, please see our Exchanges & Returns page.

We don't have a storefront yet. We welcome visitors to try pieces on by private appointment only — you can book a session here. Every design can also be purchased directly on the website. For anything else, feel free to reach us on social media or by email.

A Sample is a piece sewn during the development of a new design — made to test the fit, fabric, and technique before the final version is finished. Because of that, a Sample may carry a few small imperfections, or slight signs of handling from being used for photography and display, and is priced lower to reflect that.

Because each design is made in very limited numbers, we photograph it on a mannequin only, to keep it in perfect, unworn condition. We use an AI model instead so you can get a sense of the fit and drape on a person. Since the AI photo is a digital recreation, small details (trims, prints, embellishments) may look slightly different from the real piece — check the real photos further down the gallery, where available, for the exact details.

Every product page shows its current availability right on the page (e.g. “1 available” or “Sold”). Since each design exists as a single piece, that status updates the moment an order is confirmed, so what you see is accurate at the time you're looking.

Every product has detailed measurements (bust, waist, length, etc.) under “Measurements” on its page, along with a height/weight reference chart. A piece marked “S/M” or “M/L” is a stretch design made to fit both sizes comfortably. Still not sure? Message us before ordering, or book a fitting at the studio.

Shipping cost depends on the carrier and your delivery address — typically 1–3 days within Vietnam and 7–14 days internationally. Within Ho Chi Minh City, Express delivery (2 hours) is also available.
